What should I do to order the product I like?
If you click on the “Add to Cart” button by entering the quantity near the product you like, you will be redirected to the page where “Invoice and Delivery Information” will be entered.
 
Once this information has been filled in correctly, you can finalize your transaction by pressing the “Complete Order” button. When your transaction is completed, you will receive an e-mail about your order information.

Anyone shopping at Coffeemania is deemed to have read and accepted the sales contract.
 
How can I track my order on the website after I place my order?
After completing your order, you can see the stage of your order on the “Order inquiry” page with your order number and e-mail address.
 
How do I return the product I purchase?
1. You may return it within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery without using the product you have received.
2. Please open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the cargo officer. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by obtaining a minutes from the cargo company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.  
3. If the original packaging is damaged, the return of the damaged products is not accepted.
In accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee of the returned products is paid by the customer.

Payment can be made by Money Order/EFT or Credit Card.

When will I receive my order ?
Your product will be shipped within 3 business days from the day you place your order. Your order will be delivered between 4 - 5 days according to the destination city.
 
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is 7 TL.
